These terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") govern the use of the oPath platform (the "Platform"). The Platform is owned and operated by oPath. By using this Platform, you indicate that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them at all times.

oPath reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Platform if you provide any inaccurate, untrue, or incomplete information, or if oPath has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is inaccurate, untrue, or incomplete.

oPath also reserves the right to terminate your account if you violate any provision of these Terms and Conditions or fail to comply with any applicable laws or regulations.

4. Sale of Goods

a. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of goods available on the Platform. The following services are available on the Platform: shop, order, and get products delivered to your door. These Terms and Conditions apply to all goods displayed on the Platform at the time you access it, including all products listed as being out of stock.
